The Wodify Associate Rotational Program is a rotational development experience. The right candidate will rotate through Wodify’s Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Websites and/or Marketing departments. The goal of these rotations is to provide the candidate with practical experience of different areas within the emerging revenue ecosystem at Wodify. The program supports the mission to build a strong pipeline of talent with deep subject matter expertise and to provide exponential growth for our employees. In addition, Associates are given training & development, mentoring, networking and leadership exposure.

Rotational Development Assignments:

On the CS Rotation the Candidate will:

  • Use creative solution-ing to proactively troubleshoot, escalate, and solve customers’ technical problems or business challenges
  • Diffuse tough conversations with customers by leading with empathy, stepping into their shoes and trying to understand the challenges and opportunities they face
  • Lead training calls for new customers before they start using the software, to ensure successful onboarding experience
  • Expand, improve, and maintain our knowledge base of customer help documents
  • Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and marketing to maintain an amazing customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide them with customer feedback and help prioritize bug fixes/feature requests

On the Account Management Rotation the Candidate will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and successfully retain and grow business
  • Manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle post sales
  • Identify customer goals and proactively address them throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Build customer trust and deliver high quality customer service
  • Develop a customer success plan for each of your portfolio accounts to adopt, renew and grow Wodify platform in the customer account
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, annual business reviews with customer teams
  • Coach and train customers in using and adopting Wodify platform
  • Help customers resolve other business problems, not necessarily directed related to the Wodify platform
  • Adopt a disciplined approach to retention/renewal/upsell and forecasting revenue opportunities

On the Sales Rotation the Candidate will:

  • Contact prospective clients through cold-calling/emailing strategies with the goal of driving new leads to our Account Executive team
  • Use technology (Hubspot, etc.) and creative prospecting strategies to drive initial outreach
  • Maintain CRM best practices and help ensure data integrity through ongoing audits
  • Proactively identify the needs and challenges of Wodify’s potential customers to convert cold-calling efforts to demos
  • Conduct research to better understand customer need & new business opportunities
  • Coordinate demos between prospective clients and Wodify’s Account Executive Team and provide sales qualifying background information
  • Qualify and conduct outreach to warm marketing leads, based on their behavior/business type

On the Marketing Rotation the Candidate will:

  • Organize and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Wodify marketing strategy
  • Create and maintain the marketing calendar of communications, campaigns, and events
  • Curate exceptional content to share through our blog, email list, and social channels
  • Assist in managing the production of customer-facing content and collateral
  • Oversee the use of Wodify's marketing automation tool (tool TBD)
  • Support marketing analytics and campaign reporting to measure success
  • Work to ensure that our website is kept up-to-date and work with internal creative team to make enhancements and changes as needed
  • Identify key differentiators of our product to better market our product to customers and prospects
  • Responsible for the initiation and creation of marketing assets including data sheets, customer success stories, etc.

On the Website Rotation the Candidate will:

  • Design and build customer websites
  • Coordinate with customers to manage website SEO and additional website changes
  • Coordinate with website team lead to improve the website design and build process

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree program. All majors are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • VFA Fellowship
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree with focus on Liberal Arts, Business, Computer Science or other related degrees.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity and interest in finding new ways to do things
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in professional, academic, or volunteer environments
  • Has a passion for software and the fitness industry
  • Strong project management skills such as seeing a project from conception through completion
  • Knowledge of Google Apps strongly preferred
