Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to sustain the rapid revenue growth we've achieved and to drive further expansion into new fitness business segments beyond our traditional CrossFit®/functional fitness focus area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping us connect with a larger audience of fitness professionals and continue to grow revenue by 25% or more each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that result in continued growth in existing markets as well as expansion into new fitness business segments, including jiu jitsu, yoga, and others.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment focused on sustaining rapid revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts tailored to diverse fitness business segments.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy that includes sales collateral, referral-led growth, and community building.
  • Oversee, and participate in, the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that generate quality leads and support revenue growth targets.


  • Proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets for a SaaS business, ideally in a comparable market.
  • Minimum of 8 of experience in marketing business software to SMBs, with at least 3 in a role responsible for strategy and results.
  • Specific experience driving a market facing function at a company that develops and sells fitness business management software is a plus.
  • Experience in expanding into new market segments and delivering solutions beyond the company's traditional focus area.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms. HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
